Unsaved or Ungodly Counsel

Psalm 1:1
Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.

Psalm 83:3-5
They have taken crafty counsel against thy people, and consulted against thy hidden ones. [4] They have said, Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation; that the name of Israel may be no more in remembrance. [5] For they have consulted together with one consent: they are confederate against thee:

Proverbs 12:5
The thoughts of the righteous are right: but the counsels of the wicked are deceit.

Proverbs 21:30
There is no wisdom nor understanding nor counsel against the Lord.

Proverbs 28:5
Evil men understand not judgment: but they that seek the Lord understand all things.


Godly Counsel

Psalm 33:10
The Lord bringeth the counsel of the heathen to naught: he maketh the devices of the people of none effect.

Psalm 33:11
The counsel of the Lord standeth for ever, the thoughts of his heart to all generations.

Psalm 33:12
Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord: and the people whom he hath chosen for his own inheritance.

Psalm 89:15
Blessed is the people that know the joyful sound: they shall walk, O Lord, in the light of thy countenance.

Proverbs 1:5
A wise man will hear, and will increase learning; and a man of understanding shall attain unto wise counsels:

Proverbs 1:7
The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction.

Proverbs 11:14
Where no counsel is, the people fall: but in the multitude of counselors there is safety.
